Regarding:                              Freedom of Information and Protection of 

                                                         Privacy Policy

Purpose:         The purpose of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Policy is to provide information to the public within the guidelines of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

 

 

Application     

 

Pursuant to the FOIPP Act, any person requesting information from the Village of Lions Bay must complete and submit a Freedom of Information Request Form.  The request will be considered and if granted pertinent fees will apply.

 

No application is required for persons requesting copies of Village of Lions Bay bylaws or approved minutes of Regular Council meetings.
